At My Home RV, we deliver caravans and store accessories across the UAE. This policy explains how we ship, delivery times, costs, and how to track your order.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to:

  • All emirates within the United Arab Emirates (UAE)
  • Store accessories: delivery to your address via courier within UAE
  • Custom caravans: typically customer pickup from our factory in Fujairah (Al Hail), or special delivery as agreed in your order contract

Delivery Time Frames

Delivery times depend on the type of product and your location:

  • Store accessories: usually 3–7 business days within UAE after dispatch (excluding order processing time)
  • Custom caravans: delivery or pickup date is set according to your manufacturing contract
  • Processing time: we aim to process and ship store orders within 2–3 business days

Shipping Methods

  • Store accessories: shipped via approved courier partners to your provided address
  • Caravans: customer pickup from our Fujairah factory, or arranged delivery as per your signed agreement
  • We use secure packaging for store items to ensure they arrive in good condition

Store Products vs Caravans

Shipping differs by product type:

  • Store accessories (spare parts, small items): delivered to your door within UAE
  • Caravans and large units: pickup from our factory or delivery by prior arrangement only
  • For international or GCC delivery of accessories, please contact us for a quote

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on order type and destination:

  • Store orders: shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery address
  • Free shipping may apply for certain promotions or order values—see checkout or current offers
  • Caravan delivery or special logistics: costs and terms are defined in your individual order contract

Order Tracking

For store orders shipped by courier, we will send you a tracking number and link by email once your order is dispatched. You can use it to follow your delivery. For caravan pickup or special delivery, our team will coordinate the date and details with you directly.
